Returns
All sales are final. Here is what that means, and what we do to make sure your jacket is right.

No returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, colour or fit, so please check the size guide and the listing carefully before you order.
What we do instead
- Free alterations within 14 days of delivery, if the fit is not quite right.
- Repairs for life if something goes wrong with the stitching later. See Care for how to look after your jacket.
To arrange either, message us on WhatsApp.
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered
Message us as soon as you can, with photos of the jacket and the packaging, and we will look into it.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under Kenyan consumer law, including for goods that are faulty or not as described.
