Delivery, returns, quick answers and how to reach us.
Delivery
We deliver across Kenya. You choose how you would like it at checkout:
- Nairobi: delivered by rider, within the same week.
- Across the country: sent by courier.
- Pickup: collect your order yourself. The details are given at checkout.
Fees and estimated delivery times depend on where you are, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in Kenyan shillings (KES).
We do not deliver outside Kenya yet. Please check that your phone number is right: the courier may call you on the day.
Returns
All sales are final. If the fit is not quite right we offer free alterations within 14 days of delivery, and we repair our stitching for life. Read the full returns policy and our care page.
Questions
By M-PESA or card, securely through Paystack. We never see your card number or M-PESA PIN.
No, you can check out as a guest. An account keeps your orders in one place. You sign in with Google, so there is no password to remember.
Measure around the fullest part of your chest and match it to our size guide. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger.
